My Policy
All sales are final. No Swaps or returns.
Please allow up to 14 business days for processing before your order is shipped out. All items are hand made and packaged as the orders come in.

Apart of making the magick work is putting in the footwork. Make sure to put in your correct email address to get updates on your tracking number. You agree to tracking your own packages while shopping.

Please take your time when entering your shipping address. If you live in an apartment or unit, PLEASE be sure to enter it in. If you do not, the item will be returned to sender. In order for your item to be sent out to you again, you will have to repay the shipping cost. You can do so by clicking the pink icon at the end of the store's page.
Pick-up is available for an extra $7. Please contact me to see if you are eligible.

From the day the item gets back to the PO Box, please allow up to 7 business days for this to be taken care of.
